Survey results

From time to time Breakwater Inspections conducts surveys to gather feedback on the quality of the services being offered. The survey asks for feedback in the general areas of Professionalism, Experience, Communication, Client Service, Reporting, Value, and Expectations. These categories are defined as:

Professionalism: The level of professionalism
  demonstrated by the inspector during the inspection,
  as well as in the materials experience provided during
  the inspection process.
• Experience: The level of experience and amount of
  knowledge the inspector conveyed during
  the inspection process.
• Communication: The quality and quantity of communication (both verbal and written) during the entire
  inspection process.
• Client Service: The quality of the client service experience throughout the inspection process.
• Reporting: The quality of the report provided as a product of the inspection.
• Value: The perceived value of the inspection and related services as a reflection of the price paid.
• Expectations: An assessment of how well the expectations of the inspection process were met.

The numbers presented below are raw averages of all the surveys that were received back, There is no editing of the surveys or the responses (which would skew the results). The answers on the surveys are structured in the form of responses on scales ranging from 0 to 10; with 0 representing the least favorable and 10 the most favorable.
