How should I prepare for a home inspection?

When will I receive the inspection report?
Reports are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours, often the same day. They include detailed findings, annotated photos, and easy-to-understand summaries.

While our Standards of Practice do not allow us to provide exact estimates, we can flag which issues are likely to be costly so you can get contractor quotes before closing.

Are you licensed and insured?
Maine does not have a license for home inspectors. However we are Registered with the State of Maine for air and water radon testing, and air analysis (Company registration: SPC268 and PSP26801), and State of Maine DEP Asbestos Inspector (Certificate number: AI-0781). We also carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) and General Liability insurance.
